Blox Beliashvili

The project — Blox Beliashvili — is an innovative and modern residential complex featuring an unusual design element – the inner courtyard and residential units are situated on the roof of an above-ground parking lot. This design feature ensures that cars are not able to enter the courtyard area, providing a high level of safety and security for future residents and their children. The complex was designed with the goal of creating a peaceful living environment, and as such, it will feature a range of amenities including recreational and entertainment areas, bike lanes, a sports stadium, a children’s playground, and a variety of green spaces. The project was developed by the talented team at Khmaladze Architects and includes three residential blocks, office space, and modern commercial spaces.
