Porta Batumi Tower

The Porta Batumi Tower is an iconic tower of Batumi that shines above the horizon and sets a new standard for international design and construction quality. Since 2016 it is offering numerous high-tech construction technologies. Experts from all over the world came together to bring to life the idea of a new level of excellence and quality in the most exciting Black Sea resort.
The stunning modern design of the Porta Batumi Tower is the work of the award-winning British architectural firm Broadway-Malyan. From project to design and construction, the Porta Batumi Tower is a world-class project built to the highest international standards.
The tower’s wind energy, a key component in the skyscraper’s design, was carried out by internationally respected engineers from Canada. The soil report was prepared by Bauer, and experts from Istanbul Technical University monitored the soil analysis, soil improvement, and foundation design.
The construction of the Porta Batumi Tower was carried out by System Construction, a company with a long history of successful projects in the region. The tower will offer a variety of services and amenities, including a hotel, apartments, offices, a fitness center, and a rooftop pool.
