House Uni

The House Uni project, developed by J5, is a new residential complex located in Saburtalo district of Tbilisi. The complex is situated near the Sport Palace building on University Street and next to the TSU Library building. The total area of the land is 62000m2, which allows to build a total of 17 houses, with 8-12 floors each. In addition, there will be commercial buildings with 3-4 floors (Building 18) located on the edge of the complex, along the University Street.
