Cityzen Central Park

CITYZEN Central Park is a $180 million project located in the central district of Tbilisi, Georgia. It includes the construction of a residential complex and business tower on a 46,000 square meter site, with 22,000 square meters dedicated to a recreational zone. The residential complex will consist of four blocks with varying floor spaces and a maximum floor height of 25. The recreational zone will feature a car-free inner courtyard with an artificial lake, ZEN space, Japanese garden, playground, and closed parking for 1,500 vehicles, as well as adjacent commercial zones. The project is being developed in partnership with Georgia Bank and TBC Bank, and is expected to be completed in 2026. It will feature the latest technologies and modern ecological approaches to architecture, and is expected to create more than 300 jobs. The complex will also include a concierge service, gardeners, security, and technical service employees to ensure the comfort and infrastructure of residents. An app will also be created for residents to use electronic keys, manage the entry and exit of guests, and communicate with the concierge about defects.
