Batumi Garden Inn is a unique townhouse complex in Batumi, Georgia. The townhouse’s interior can be designed taking in consideration your individual specifications, down to the smallest details. All design and construction work are following principles of sustainability and harmonious development. The townhouses are located 800 meters from the cleanest beach in Georgia and are surrounded by greenery and eucalyptus trees, providing clean and therapeutic air to its residents. The strategic location provides a stunning view of the mountains.

The townhouses have a floor area of 207m2. The first floor includes parking and the entrance to the townhouse. The second and third floors contain a kitchen-living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The fourth floor features an open terrace for relaxation.

The Batumi Garden Inn complex consists of 14 townhouses on a land area of 2,300m2. There is a shared pool measuring 6 meters by 15 meters, a shared recreation area, a shared barbecue area, and a private garden for each townhouse. Our complex also includes a children’s playground, a gym, and a sauna. We offer 24-hour security and maintenance services to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents.
