InvestGroup Nutsubidze

The IvestGroup Nutsubidze complex is a new residential building located in the Saburtalo district of Tbilisi. The project has a recreational area that totals 5,000 square meters. This area includes amenities like a football pitch and a basketball court, as well as open and enclosed parking spaces. The building itself is 17 floors tall and has three underground levels designated for car parking. The ground floor of the building will be used for commercial purposes.

Additionally, the developers have plans to green the area around the building with 2,318 square meters of landscaping. So far, they’ve already planted 95 trees and plants, and they plan to add 86 more in the future.
