Monolith Green City Sector III

The complex — Green City — from Monolith is a modern residential complex located in the old part of Tbilisi, Krtsanisi district, near Ortachala Street. Suitable for both housing and recreation, fresh air and a quiet environment will protect the residents of the complex from the chaos of the city, allowing them to live in the city centre with an ecologically clean and green environment. Surrounded by beautiful panoramic views and arboretum gardens, the complex occupies 12 hectares. An open courtyard with its playgrounds and its swimming pool, a park, children’s playgrounds, pedestrian zones, running and cycling paths, a shopping centre, a kindergarten, and a school will allow residents to live a quiet and comfortable life in Tbilisi.
