Park Ortachala

The Park Ortachala is a new residential complex, developed by Irbis at 105 Gorgasali Street in Tbilisi, located at the base of Ortachala Mountain and along the Mtkvari river.

The complex will be built on a 6,622m2 area, with 1200m2 designated as a green space, 1400m2 as a yard, and 300m2 as a playground. It will have a total of 335 apartments in three separate blocks. Residents will have access to amenities such as a children’s square and enclosed play area, a barbecue zone, a cycling trail, a training ground, a resting area, 24-hour security service, concierge services, a hotline, and cleaning services.

The main goal of the developers is to create the greenest residential area possible. To achieve this, they have connected the recreational zone on the slope of Ortachala Mountain to the complex, allowing residents to enjoy both the new artificial garden and the natural park that surrounds the complex. The complex will also have 200 indoor and outdoor parking spaces, all under 24-hour security control for residents’ peace of mind.

In addition to the green space and parking, the complex will also feature a yard and playground for residents to use. The playground will have a covered play zone, allowing children to play and enjoy themselves regardless of the weather. The yard will be a safe place for children to play, as well as a place for residents to walk their pets or leave their bicycles.
