Domus Kvariati

The Domus Kvariati is a new hotel-style complex developed by Domus Development and located in Kvariati, Batumi, only a few meters from the Black Sea. The complex will offer 45 hotel apartments, each with its own unique design, ranging in size from 44 to 106m2. All apartments will be delivered in a Fully Furnished condition with daily management by the administration of Domus Kvariati. The developer is using only high-quality materials during the construction, for example, aluminum doors and windows from Reynaers, movable shutters from Renosn, and a ventilated panel facade from Ebener.
